Policies | Streamsong Resort
Check-in time is after 4 p.m. Check-out time is before 11 a.m.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of the entire stay’s room, resort fee & tax is due at the time of booking and will be charged to the card on file. All room deposits must be paid within 10 days of the initial booking to avoid the reservation being canceled.
Cancelation Policy
Cancelations for all services, including guestroom, golf, and recreation, must be made according to the schedule below. After this time, all reservations are considered non-cancelable and all deposits are non-refundable. Any remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
– Bookings for arrival in the months of October through April will have a 30-day cancellation
– Bookings for arrival in the months of May through September will have a 7-day cancellation
Rain Check Policy:
Streamsong provides rain checks only in cases where a round cannot be completed due to course closure. Courses will only be closed due to lightning in the area or if rain is deemed by the professional staff or agronomy team to create conditions that may harm the golf course by further play

Room rates for additional rooms are subject to change without notice and are based on availability.
Golf Cart Policy
The architects at Streamsong designed our golf with walking in mind, and our courses are best experienced when walking. You’ll be able to enjoy every step of your round while immersing yourself in the environment that Tom Doak, Bill Coore, and Ben Crenshaw, and Gil Hanse have designed especially for walking golfers. Should you wish to ride in a golf cart at Streamsong, carts may be available depending on the time of year for a $35 surcharge per person with a required group caddie on the following schedule:

Course Maintenance
Routine maintenance may include light verticutting and top dressing with sand and fertilization (both granular or sprayed applications). This should not affect course conditions significantly, and we will drag or water top dressing into the turf prior to play to promote a true and uniform putting surface. Recommended Caddie Fees
Group Caddies
- Recommended $45 + Gratuity/per player
Walking Caddies
- Double Bag: Recommended $100 + Gratuity/per player
- Single Bag: Recommended $120 + Gratuity
At Streamsong, caddies and group caddies are paid in cash, with the amount of any fee at the sole discretion of the player. Caddies are Independent Contractors and the amount of compensation shall be determined solely by and between the caddie and the golfer and shall be paid solely by the golfer. Caddies receive no compensation from Streamsong but only from the guests.
Resort Fee
For the daily resort fee of $39 plus tax per room, you will receive the following services and amenities:

Transportation Note
Please be aware that rideshare programs like Uber and Lyft will drop off at Streamsong from local airports and other metropolitan locations, but they DO NOT pick up guests at Streamsong. Streamsong does not offer personal transportation. Below are third-party transportation companies that frequent the resort:

Other Policies
The property is 100% non-smoking indoors. Smoking is only allowed in two locations at the Lodge: the breezeway located on the ground level, and the outdoor patio area at Rooftop 360. A $250 smoking fee will be added to your account should you not adhere to our policy and smoke in the guestrooms. The Resort does not allow food and beverage to be brought into the Clubhouse or Lodge that has not been purchased and/or served at Streamsong. No pets are allowed, service animals are permitted only. A $250 pet cleanup fee will be added to your account should you not adhere to our policy and bring a non-service animal into your guestroom. Minimum age to be permitted to be a registered guest is eighteen (18) years old.
Please remember that social engineering and phishing scams are prevalent. Streamsong will only contact you for payment card information from an email address ending in @streamsongresort.com. We ask that you remain vigilant for emails from other domains claiming to be from Streamsong. If you receive a request for payment card information or other sensitive information via an email purportedly from Streamsong, kindly email us at [email protected] to verify its authenticity. Your trust and satisfaction are very important to us.
