The golf fees listed do not include golf carts. Cart fees are currently $35 per person. Group caddies are required with the use of carts.
Carts are available from March 1 – December 15, 2024 on all courses and again beginning March 1, 2025.
Public tee times (non-resort guests) are available with a 60-day booking window until further notice.
Tee times prior to 8 a.m. are reserved for foursomes only and are required to use a walking or group caddie.
The expected pace of play for the first hour of tee times is no more than four hours. The expected pace of play for the remainder of the day is no more than four and a half hours on all three golf courses.
Proper pace will be encouraged throughout the round. If your group falls behind expected pace, you will be repositioned into the proper location with the opportunity to make up any missed holes following the round.
2024 Maintenance Closures
Streamsong Red will close Sunday, June 30th for aerification and reopen Saturday, July 13th, 2024.
Streamsong Black will close Sunday, July 14th for aerification and reopen Friday, August 2nd, 2024.
Streamsong Blue will close Sunday, August 4th for aerification and reopen Friday, August 16th, 2024.
Rain Check Policy
Streamsong provides rain checks only in cases where a round cannot be completed due to course closure. Courses will only be closed due to lightning in the area or if rain is deemed by the professional staff or agronomy team to create conditions that may harm the golf course by further play.

*Caddies are independent Contractors and the amount
of compensation shall be determined solely by and between
the caddie and the golfer and shall be paid solely by the golfer.
