I understand that reservations are non-refundable within 30 days of arrival and that submitting this form does not guarantee a room reservation. Reservations are available only for the full length of the event, with check-in on April 22, 2027, and check-out on April 28, 2027. Refunds will not be issued for early departures. The event room rate is $270 per room, per night, including the resort fee and applicable taxes. Reservation requests will be processed in the time-stamped order in which they are received. Registration is not complete until payment has been received and a confirmation number has been issued. At this time, each participant may reserve a maximum of one room.(Required)
