Monday, October 5:
Round 1 on Streamsong Black, tee times 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Tuesday, October 6:
Round 2 on Streamsong Red, tee times 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Wednesday, October 7:
Round 3 on Streamsong Blue, shotgun start at 8:00 a.m.
Awards lunch to follow at Canyon Lake Steakhouse

- Registration will not be considered complete until payment for events has been made in full.
- Only one partner from each team needs to complete the entry form with information on both players.
