Walking Caddie*

Group Caddie*

Required with the use of a riding cart any time of day.

  • $45 per player + gratuity

*Caddies are independent Contractors and the amount of compensation shall be determined solely by and between the caddie and the golfer and shall be paid solely by the golfer.

Frequently Asked Questions

We’ve compiled the most frequently asked questions to help you make the most of your visit.

  • The golf fees listed do not include golf carts. Cart fees are currently $35 per person. Group caddies are required with the use of carts.

    Carts are available from March 1 – December 23, 2025 on all courses and again beginning March 1, 2026.

  • Streamsong provides rain checks only in cases where a round cannot be completed due to course closure. Courses will only be closed due to lightning in the area or if rain is deemed by the professional staff or agronomy team to create conditions that may harm the golf course by further play.

  • The expected pace of play for the first hour of tee times is no more than four hours. The expected pace of play for the remainder of the day is no more than four and a half hours on all golf courses.

    Proper pace will be encouraged throughout the round. If your group falls behind expected pace, you will be repositioned into the proper location with the opportunity to make up any missed holes following the round.

  • Day Guest tee times (non-resort guests) are available with a 21-day booking window until further notice.

  • Tee times prior to 8 a.m. are reserved for foursomes only and are required to use a walking or group caddie.

  • The resort is closed Monday & Tuesday in July & August for maintenance.
